Andy Conway
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and industrial sectors, Andy has gained extensive expertise in handling heights, plants, equipment, and MEWPS. His understanding and knowledge of various types of machines and their operations are comprehensive, having utilised multiple lifts across diverse environments.
Over the past 15 years, Andy has focused his work on workplace safety training, with the last eight of those years spent as a business owner. He is dedicated to ensuring that clients meet their workplace training requirements and comply with building evacuation standards at the highest level. Andy is capable of delivering exceptional services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Linda Conway
For the past 15 years, Linda has dedicated her career to the fire protection industry. Throughout the majority of these years, she has been involved in administering and managing customers' building fire system compliance requirements. Linda's responsibilities included coordinating with specific technicians, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure that systems met BWOF standards. She particularly enjoyed overseeing the coordination of customer service teams in responding to fire alarm and fire sprinkler activations, as well as managing remedial work for national contracts.
In the past couple of years, Linda has shifted her focus to building evacuation scheme management. She has been instrumental in developing evacuation scheme processes and maintaining these schemes through regular six-monthly trial evacuations.
